About Serilink
Serilink is specialized in synthesis and modification of peptide/protein drugs and bioconjugations between small molecules and bio-macromolecules utilizing its in-house developed patented novel technology (OPA LinkTech). We focus on building a high-tech biologic therapeutics research platform for the development and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), antibody-radionuclide conjugates (ARCs) and peptide-drug conjugates (PDCs).

Scientist (biology) 1
Job Description：
- Perform basic techniques in cell culture independently, such as cell freezing, thawing, passaging, cell counting of both adherent and suspension cells
- Evaluate the biological activity of lead compounds or drugs using in-vitro cell- based assays
- Conduct literature review and develop biological assays for analysis, be able to fully analyze experimental results, follow the protocol to write up experiments and reports accurately
- Understand the experimental design and requirement, perform cell-based assays independently and optimize the SOP throughout.
- Assist supervisors in planning and executing related research projects
- Manage cell lines stock
- Routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and environment
Required Qualifications and Experience：
- A Ph.D. degree in biology, chemical biology or life sciences related disciplines
- Experience in the field of tumor immunology or cell immunology is a plus
- Familiar with experimental techniques and assays of cell immunology and molecular biology, including cell-based assays, western blotting, ELISA, CCK-8 etc.
- Experience in operating analytical and preparative instruments such as FPLC and LC-MS is a plus
- Strong literature review skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication skills
- Highly proactive, responsible and with strong teamwork spirit
Scientist (Pharmacology/Medicinal Chemistry) 1
Job Description：
- Develop and optimize pre-clinical macromolecule biologics or lead compounds
- Design synthetic routes for target compounds and perform the synthesis. Perform structure-activity relationship studies and structural optimization on lead compounds to identify pre-clinical compound candidates
- Collaborate with CRO or collaborators in designing in-vitro DMPK tests, determine the plan for testing and analyzing the test results
- Understand the experimental design and requirement, perform experiments independently and optimize the SOP throughout.
- Routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and environment
- Keep up to date with scientific literature, collect and follow the news and recent development related to the project, assist in development of potential new projects
Required Qualifications and Experience：
- A Ph.D. degree in pharmacology/medicinal chemistry or other related disciplines
- Knowledge of basic biology, able to interpret data related to biological activity and pharmacodynamic/pharmacokinetic studies
- Experience in analysis of DMPK and ADME data is a plus
- Proficient in organic synthesis, separation and purification techniques, structural characterization techniques and data analysis of NMR and LC-MS
- Background knowledge of basic theories in cell biology, chemical biology, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics
- Knowledge in processes involved in preclinical studies of drug development
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication skills

Scientist (AI drug discovery) 1
Job Description：
- Develop drug discovery deep learning workflow and apply in target prediction, high throughput screening, drug design, predicting ADME-T properties of the drugs
- Using AI and machine learning technology to assist macromolecular drug design, prediction of protein structure and mutation, compound synthesis and manufacture
- Work with an interdisciplinary team and apply informatics and modelling technology to accelerate drug discovery and screening process
- keep up to date with research and scientific literature related to the fields of drug discovery by deep learning and molecular modelling construction to assist new project development
Required Qualifications and Experience：
- A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, computational chemistry or biology, bioinformatics, AI or other related disciplines
- Work or research experience in AIDD is a plus
- Experience in the following areas is a plus:
Macromolecule：protein structure prediction、mutation prediction、antibody design、CryoEM algorithm development
Small molecule：structural design, target identification and characterization、conformational analysis, MD simulation, Quantum mechanics, free energy calculation, synthetic routes design, crystal structure prediction - Strong background in AI, programming or high-performance computing is a plus
- Eager to learn with strong literature review skill, maintain through understanding of technology advancement in the field
